2. Creating
your own love poem
T.: Now I would like you to become poets. That is why I have an
intention to introduce a new kind of poetry to you. It is called Noun Poetry
and it is easy to compose poems using it. The topic of this activity is LOVE.
You will be able to produce a descriptive poem according to the following set
of instructions:
Instructions:
Line 1: Choose a noun or any thing
you have selected.
Line 2: Describe this noun with two
adjectives joined by the word “and” or “but”.
Line 3: Use a verb form and an adverb
to show this noun in a typical action.
Line 4: Think up a comparison
beginning with the word “as” or “like” to show a special quality this noun has.
Line 5: Use a phrase beginning with
“if only” to express a wish regarding this noun.

3. Guessing the riddle
Try to guess the riddle. Take one letter from each of the five-letter
